Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund on your first-time membership purchase only (only one refund per person).

The Collective hosts approximately 4 – 5 live (online) meetings every month, ranging from 60 to 75 minutes each.  During the first 45 days of your initial membership, you must attend at least 3 of those online meetings to get an honest appraisal of the community and how it can help you.

45-day period

The 45-day period begins on the date of the first online meeting that occurs after your payment has been received.

Requesting a refund

At any time before the 45 days has passed, if you determine that the Free Agent Collective is not a fit for you, for whatever reason, you are eligible for a complete refund minus a $25 administration fee. Just notify us by email of your intention to leave the community and that you are requesting a refund.

Getting your refund

We will refund your membership fee (minus the $25 administration fee) within 5 days of receiving your written request, typically using the same payment type (e.g. credit card, PayPal) as your initial payment.
