How we helped

We held a brainstorming session with this member in which we discussed the necessary conversations she needed to have with her client and how to word them.

We explored ways she could position herself as an expert and leader in the eyes of her client.

We helped her frame her true value in terms of compensation, and we discussed how she might pitch higher prices to her client.

Results

A few weeks later, our member reported that the brainstorming session we had with her helped her successfully get the client to accept a new approach—hers!

She was also able to significantly re-frame her value and expertise in the eyes of the client, resulting in new opportunities and a significantly enhanced project and compensation rate. Well done!
